It is a simple tool to help you get started with Scrum, or assess your current implementation of Scrum. Here is a list of Scrum Checklist for your team to check whether the Scrum process is properly conducted.<\/p>\n<p>1.Scrum Team Goals<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivering working, tested software every 4 weeks or less<\/li>\n<li>The product contains what the business needs most<\/li>\n<li>Agile process is continuously improving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.Scrum Basics and key issues<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear recognizable Product Owner (PO)<\/li>\n<li>Timeboxed iterations<\/li>\n<li>Daily scrum is held every day, on a fixed time and place<\/li>\n<li>PO has a Product Backlog Team has a Sprint Backlog<\/li>\n<li>Team has a Definition of Done<\/li>\n<li>Sprint planning meetings are held<\/li>\n<li>Iterations are of fixed length<\/li>\n<li>Demo takes place after every sprint<\/li>\n<li>Retrospective happens after every sprint (with all team members)<\/li>\n<li>Team members sit together with max 9 people per team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.Recommended but not always necessary<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team has a Scrum Master<\/li>\n<li>Team has a sprint burndown chart<\/li>\n<li>T-Shape skills for most of the team members<\/li>\n<li>print Speed is measured<\/li>\n<li>Team members are not stuck in specific roles<\/li>\n<li>Team members possess skills in order to get Backlog items to Done<\/li>\n<li>Everyone in the team will participate in the Agile estimation<\/li>\n<li>PO is available when during the team estimate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Want an agile tool that can manage your scrum projects well?
