Please increase or decrease ingredients in proportion, depending on the desired number of servings.<\/p>\n<h3>MEASUREMENT KEY:<\/h3>\n<p>Tsp. = Teaspoon<br \/>\nTbsp. = Tablespoon<br \/>\n(1 Tablespoon = 3 Teaspoons)<\/p>\n<h3>SCRAMBLED EGGS &amp; BACON<\/h3>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g (1 packet) bacon<\/li>\n<li>6 eggs<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. of butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the Air Fryer Oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Lay bacon on a single layer inside the Air Fryer basket. It\u2019s ok if there is some overlapping.<\/li>\n<li>Cook on AIR FRY setting for 6 minutes, then flip the bacon over and cook until crisp, about 4 minutes more.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels.<\/li>\n<li>Place the butter into a baking dish and place the dish into the Air Fryer Oven to allow the butter to melt.<\/li>\n<li>In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the egg mixture into the pre-heated baking dish and place it back into the oven for 2 min.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the egg mixture, stir and place back into the Air Fryer Oven, stirring every minute until the desired consistency is achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with your favourite breakfast beverage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>BREAKFAST BOMBS<\/h3>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 centre-cut bacon slices<\/li>\n<li>3 large eggs, lightly beaten<\/li>\n<li>30g low fat cream cheese softened<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. chopped <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chives\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fresh chives<\/a><\/li>\n<li>120g fresh prepared <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/whole-grain-vs-whole-wheat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">whole wheat<\/a><\/li>\n<li>pizza dough<\/li>\n<li>Cooking spray<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the Air Fryer Oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the bacon as described above and crumble it into a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the eggs as described above, but for only about 1 minute so they are still loose.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer eggs to a bowl; stir in cream cheese, chives, and crumbled bacon.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece on a lightly floured surface into a 12cm diameter circle.<\/li>\n<li>Place one-fourth of the egg mixture in the centre of each dough circle.<\/li>\n<li>Brush outside edge of dough with water; wrap dough around egg mixture to form a purse, pinching together dough at the seams.<\/li>\n<li>Place dough purses in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket; coat well with cooking spray. Cook at 180\u00b0C on AIR FRY until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes, checking after 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>FRENCH TOAST STICKS<\/h3>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>1 Tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 Tsp. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/ceylon-vs-cassia-cinnamon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ground cinnamon<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4 slices bread, cut into thirds<\/li>\n<li>1 Tsp. confectioners<\/li>\n<li>sugar, or to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix eggs, milk, butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Line an Air Fryer basket with parchment paper. Dip each piece of bread into the milk mixture and place in the basket. Make sure they are not touching; cook in batches if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the Air Fryer Oven to 180\u00b0C. Add basket and cook bread for 6 minutes on AIR FRY; flip and cook for 3 minutes more.
