De nombreuses mesures peuvent \u00eatre prises pour pr\u00e9venir le suicide au niveau individuel, communautaire et national.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Comprendre le suicide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qu&#8217;est-ce qui pousse autant de personnes au suicide ? Pour ceux qui ne sont pas prisonniers de la d\u00e9pression suicidaire et du d\u00e9sespoir, il est difficile de comprendre ce qui pousse tant de personnes au suicide. Mais une personne suicidaire est tellement souffrante qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;a pas d&#8217;autre choix.<\/p>\n<p>Le suicide est une tentative d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9chapper \u00e0 une souffrance devenue insupportable. Aveugl\u00e9 par des sentiments d&#8217;auto-d\u00e9testation, de d\u00e9sespoir et d&#8217;isolement, une personne suicidaire ne voit aucune alternative \u00e0 la mort. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 leur d\u00e9sir d&#8217;arr\u00eater de souffrir, la plupart des personnes suicidaires sont profond\u00e9ment ambivalentes \u00e0 l&#8217;id\u00e9e de mettre fin \u00e0 leurs jours. Elles souhaiteraient qu&#8217;il existe une alternative au suicide, mais elles ne la voient tout simplement pas.<\/p>\n<p>Outre une intervention directe pour emp\u00eacher le suicide imminent, les m\u00e9thodes peuvent inclure<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traiter les troubles mentaux<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer les strat\u00e9gies d&#8217;adaptation des personnes \u00e0 risque<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire les facteurs de risque du suicide, tels que la pauvret\u00e9 et la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 sociale<\/li>\n<li>Donner aux personnes de l&#8217;espoir pour une vie meilleure apr\u00e8s que le probl\u00e8me imm\u00e9diat a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solu<\/li>\n<li>Appeler le <a href=\"https:\/\/suicidepreventionlifeline.org\/\">num\u00e9ro de la ligne d&#8217;\u00e9coute pour le suicide<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comprendre le suicide et la sant\u00e9 mentale est un moyen important de s&#8217;engager dans la pr\u00e9vention du suicide, d&#8217;aider les personnes \u00e0 risque et de changer le regard port\u00e9 sur le suicide.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-advanced-heading\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-advanced-heading__content\"><strong>Nous croyons que :<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;espoir peut arriver<\/strong><br \/>Le suicide n&#8217;est pas in\u00e9vitable pour quiconque.
